ORDER
The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 276 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition. 1/4
2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing this application, if the petitioner is ready to pay some amount to the credit of Madurai Bench of Madras High Court Advocates Welfare Fund.
4.In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is willing to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the credit of Madurai Bench of Madras High Court Advocates Welfare Fund. 5.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 276 days is condoned.
6.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the 2/4
credit of Madurai Bench of Madras High Court Advocates Welfare Fund, having AC.No.7087208431, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai Bench Madras High Court Campus, Madurai, IFSC.Code: IDIB000H040, on or before 06.01.2026, failing which, this application shall stand automatically dismissed, without further reference to this Court.
