The petitioner/father seeks production of the person of his son, Praveenkumar, aged about 20 years.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. The detenu has been secured and produced before us. It appears that it is a case of elopement and the detenu had eloped https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.308 of 2022 with one Sangeetha. The detenu would now say that he is studying in a Polytechnic and he is living with his paternal uncle Mr.Ponnusamy. The said Paternal uncle Ponnusamy, has also appeared before us. Upon interaction, he would submit that he has been taking care of the detenu as well as his sister and they are staying with him at Madurai. He would further submit that he would take care of the detenu and ensure that he would not indulge in such activities in future.

4. Recording the statement of said Ponnusamy, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
