ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to call for the records pertaining to the case registered in FIR in 1/4

Crime No.514 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,19.08.2024), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the respondent police, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.75 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani. He would further submit that the petitioner has already filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9808 of 2024 to quash the case in C.C.No.75 of 2024 and the same was dismissed by this Court vide order, dated 04.07.2024. Hence, the present petition seeking orders to quash the FIR in Crime No.514 of 2023, has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 19.08.2024 NCC : Yes/ No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das 2/4
