RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00am until further orders in Crl.OP(MD)No.9995 of 2016 dated 24.06.2016 in Crime No.1068 of 2016 on the file of the Respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the condition imposed already on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required.
