ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the enquiry, based on the complaint of the third party, who is not a party before this Court in this petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Yesindu Raj, enquiry was undertaken in SP/4782/2022 and during the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared and the petitioner has given an undertaking that she will settle the issue and on the basis of the said undertaking, further action was dropped.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the above said statement was obtained from the petitioner by force and threat.

4. Since further action has been dropped, on the basis of the undertaking, nothing survives for further consideration. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 21.02.2023 NCC :
