This petition is filed to call for the records in crime No.113 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same so far as the petitioner is concerned. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit the petitioner / accused died.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
