ORDER

The limited prayer sought for in the above writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.12.2019, for registering the mortgage deed of the petitioner in favour of the sixth respondent.

2. Considering the limited prayer, this Writ Petition is allowed with a direction to the fifth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.12.2019 and pass orders by following due process of law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
