The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to give the permission and adequate police protection for conducting Aadal Padal dance Programme schedule to be held 01.03.2022 in the eve of Arulmigu Sri Angala Parameshwari Temple Masi Pongal festival belongs to Veeravanallur Village, Ambasamuthiram Taluk, Tirunelveli District on the basis of petitioners representation dated 26.02.2022 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)wouls submit that there are rival parties in the same village and as such there will be some communal clash if the permission is granted to conduct the temple festival.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 26.02.2022 after issuing notice to the counter parties, if any, and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
