ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2020 for the offences punishable under sections 120B, 170, 454, 395 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.10 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

3. The prosecution case is that the petitioner who is the son of the first wife of the defacto complainant, committed robbery on his own father's property. The father was also unlawfully confined and abducted. Therefore, taking note of the acts attributed to the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant relief. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
