The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to take necessary action against the third respondent based on the petitioner's representation, dated 26.10.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 26.10.2021, the respondent police has taken the same on file and the investigation is still pending.

W.P(MD)No.3819 of 2022 3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and third respondent, conduct an enquiry after giving opportunity of hearing them and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
