ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8894 of 2025, dated 30.10.2025.

complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 41 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 41 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.8894 of 2025, dated 30.10.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for investigation.
