Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.T.RAMESH RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.122 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.368 of 2019, dated 28.01.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.122 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.368 of 2019, dated 28.01.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submission made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1981 of 2020 No.122 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.368 of 2019, dated 28.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
