O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Seeking to review the order dated 07.02.2024 passed in Sub.A.(MD) No.28 of 2024 in Cont.P.(MD) No.1671 of 2018, on the ground that no limit has been fixed for the authority concerned to consider the application for refund of licence fee for the unutilized period, the petitioner has filed this review application.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's application for refund of lease amount for the unutilized period will be decided within a period of two weeks from today.

3. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner fairly agrees that the petitioner will submit a copy of the application to the authority concerned once again.

4. In view of the same, there is no dispute regarding the other portion of the order of this Court. Hence, this Court is inclined to fix only the time limit to dispose the said application. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to make a n application within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such filing of application, the 2nd respondent/District Collector shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5. With the above directions, this review application is disposed of. It is made clear that except fixing the above time limit, the order dated 07.02.2024 passed in Sub.A.(MD)No.28 of 2024 in Cont.P.(MD)No.1671 of 2018 stands unaltered. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
