This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.711/2015/A3 on the file of the Sub Divisional Magistrate and Revenue Divisional Officer, Thanjavur.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. has already been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ closed against the petitioners.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
