PRAYER:Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the direction dated 12.12.2014 given by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai in Cr.M.P.No.9352 of 2014 and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the direction dated 12.12.2014 given by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai in Cr.M.P.No.9352 of 2014.

2.Learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that case has been registered in Crime No. 1 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 294(b), 506(i) IPC on the file of the second respondent police.
