PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first respondent and 2nd respondent to provide adequate Police Protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner so as to ensure to live peacefully in her property bearing Natham Survey No.936/13 of Lanthakottai village, Dindigul District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2022. For Petitioner : M/s.S.C.Herold Singh For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi No.1 & 2 Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent and 2nd respondent to provide adequate Police Protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner so as to ensure to live peacefully in her property bearing Natham Survey No.936/13 of Lanthakottai village, Dindigul District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 01.03.2022.

3. Recording the same, the petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint for fresh cause of action.
