The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to call for the records from the 1st respondent police in Cr.No.577 of 2014 and quash the same as devoid of merits.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that after due investigation, the respondent police referred the matter as "Mistake of Fact" in R.C.S.Notice was served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
