Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.579 of 2021 on 19.01.2021. 2.In pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 08.03.2021, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni has sent a report in D.No.323 of 2021, dated 10.03.2021 wherein it has been mentioned that the next hearing date has been inadvertently given as 29.04.2021 instead of 29.03.2021 and the PRC., is posted on 29.03.2021 for the appearance of the accused and for service of summons.
