Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.VADIVEL, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners are present.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original Petition from 11.01.2017.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required or before the concerned court on receipt of summons.
