RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honorable Court passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 11450 of 2017 dated 21.09.2017 as to appear before the respondent police at 5.30 P.M. instead of 10.30 A.M until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.BASKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on every day at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m. until further orders.
