This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent herein to provide adequate police protection for the purpose of measuring the petitioner's land in Survey number 148/3B-1 to an extent of 0.08.08 Ares in Vaiyampatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District on the petitioner's representation dated 8.1.2015.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions submitted that petition enquiry is pending upon the complaint received from the petitioner.

3.The second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
