ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to survey the land in Survey No.153/2 to the extent of 621⁄4 in equal 0.25.26, out of 2 Acres 25 Cents at Idayankulam Village, Nanguneri Taluk Tirunelveli District by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.06.2017 within a stipulated time.

2.According to the petitioner, out of total extent of 0.91.00 ares in Survey No.153/2, Idayankulam Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District, the petitioner purchased the property to an extent of 621⁄4 cents. Subsequently, joint patta was issued including the petitioner's name. In the above circumstances, the petitioner filed an application dated 08.06.2017 before the respondents 2 and 3 to survey the land and fix boundaries and also issue separate patta to the petitioner and he has also paid https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

necessary fees. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner only seeks to measure his land by fixing boundaries, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2017 and measure the property in question as per the revenue records, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as other co-owners of the property in the above said survey number. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
