RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 07.12.2015 of this Honourable High Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 23114 of 2015 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 07/12/2015 made in Crl.OP (MD)No.23114/2015 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
