Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.MAHESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD) No. 760 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15063 of 2020 on 09.02.2021

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No. 760 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15063 of 2020 on 09.02.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
