The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 891 days in filing the civil miscellaneous appeal.

2.The petitioner has filed the present appeal challenging the order passed by the family Court. Though the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit is not satisfactory, in order to give an opportunity to the appellant to challenge the order of the Court below, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned. Since the delay is enormous, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the respondent within a period of 15 days from today. On such payment being made on filing the cost memo/receipt, the Registry to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
