This petition is filed to call for the records proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.3 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District and quash the same as illegal. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the dispute between the first petitioner and the respondent, who are the husband and wife, is settled and as of now they are living together. 3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives in keeping the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.3 of 2015 pending. Hence, the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.3 of 2015 is quashed and this criminal original petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
