ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to enquire into the complaint dated 17.10.2019 preferred by the petitioner, pending on the file of the 1st respondent in (Na.Ka.No.G3/33648/2019); and 2nd respondent in (Na.Ka.No.348/2019). 2.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 17.10.2019 is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties and dispose https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
