RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner to report himself before the Respondent Police to the Inspector of Police, Vickramasingapuram Police Station in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 12405/ 2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PETHURAJESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner, with regard to appearance before the respondent police, in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12405 of 2016, dated 21.07.2016, by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions and the petitioner has been directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 p.m. until further orders. The petitioner is a resident of Vikkiramasingapuram, Ambasamuthiram Taluk and he is aged about 55 years and he is suffering from old age disease and therefore it is difficult for him to go to respondent police station daily from his residence and therefore he prays for modification to the effect that he shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Vickramasingapuram Police Station instead of the respondent police.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side). https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also

considering the fact that the case is pending on the file of the respondent police and investigation is pending, the reasons putforth on the side of the petitioner are not acceptable and therefore this Court is not inclined to modify the condition and accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
