This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 2nd Respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.11/2019 dated 24.01.2019 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent Police within time limit as fixed by this Hon`ble Court.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as ' Mistake of Fact' on 16.02.2019.
