Respondents in both W.P.'s COMMON PRAYER: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned orders in A.Thi.Mu.Nos.705 & 704/A1/2018 respectively, dated 20.02.2018 on the file of the respondent no.3 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents to approve the appointments to the post of Night watchman and Junior Assistant respectively, in the petitioner's School within the time period.
