ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 420, 465 and 506(ii) I.P.C. in Crime No. Not known of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, due to "Boycott of Court" pursuant to boycott called by Bar Council of India protesting the murder of an Advocate by police. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. The respondent police is present.

3. Since no regular case has been registered and only petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.72 of 2014 was conducted by the respondent police, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a direction to appear before the respondent police daily at 06.30p.m. for a period of two weeks. Today the respondent police filed a status report, in which in paragraph No.8, it is stated as follows:

"8.I submitted that the main content of the petition is, regarding dispute of land, and re-arranging of landmarks and bounds by the original owner of the land. Regarding the land, there is already a dispute, and also a civil case in original suit No.237/06 is pending before the Hon'ble District Munsif Court, Valliyur. So as no criminal activities had taken place and the dispute is of purely civil nature, naturally no action can be taken https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

upon the petition. Action dropped as regards this petition."

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
