ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent herein to produce the body or person of the detenus, namely, Priya, W/o.Suresh, aged about 27 years and Minor Haris, S/o.Suresh, aged about 5 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.The complaint has been lodged by the petitioner alleging that his daughter and grandson were missing. On receipt of the same, the respondents registered a case in Crime No.93 of 2020 and it is pending for investigation.

3.Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
