RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.23175 of 2016 dated 14.12.2016 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ARUN PRASAD, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KANDASAMY Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) are present.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original Petition from 17.12.2016 onwards and the petitioner is charged for the offence under section 302 IPC inclusively and investigation is pending.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
