ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the first respondent to instruct the respondents 2 and 3 to receive the remaining loan amount in loan No.TTU02018D as one time settlement.
2. A perusal of the averments reveal that the writ petition has been filed as against a private Bank. That apart, this Court cannot issue any positive direction to the Bank to accept one time settlement. It is for the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the request of the petitioner, if it is as per their norms.
3. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 13.02.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/4
