RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 11170 of 2017 dated 04.09.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PON KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), appearing for the respondent Police submitted that only 45 days, the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in this Criminal Original petition.

3.Considering the facts circumstances of the case and considering the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the 45 days is pre-matured, I am not inclined to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11170 of 2017 dated 04.09.2017. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
