This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.38 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tuticorin.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3.When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after completing the trial, C.C.No.38 of 2008 has been ended in acquittal on 29.11.2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tuticorin. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
