Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.01.2022 and consequentially direct the third respondent to provide educational loan to the petitioner's son namely Aravindhan studying in B.E. Computer Science at Pandian Saraswathy Yadav Engineering College, Sivagangai.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.01.2022 requesting the third respondent to 1/3
grant educational loan to the petitioner's son, Aravindhan, who is presently studying B.E. Computer Science at Pandian Saraswathy Yadav Engineering College, Sivagangai and pass orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner has sought for educational loan for his son, Aravindhan, who is studying B.E. Computer Science at Pandian Saraswathy Yadav Engineering College, Sivagangai. He has submitted a representation on 17.01.2022 with the third respondent. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, he has filed this Writ Petition.
3. Heard Mr.V.Muthumani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Karthik, learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice for the second and third respondents.
4. Mr.C.Karthik, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, would submit that the third respondent is willing to consider the petitioner's representation subject to the fulfillment of the banking regulations. The said statement is recorded.
5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation seeking for grant of educational loan for his son, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.01.2022, seeking for grant of educational loan for his son, Aravindhan, who is studying B.E. Computer Science at Pandian Saraswathy Yadav Engineering College, Sivagangai and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
