ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Since no regular case has been registered and only petition enquiry is pending, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners on 02.03.2015 with a direction to the first and second petitioners to appear before the respondent police at 6.00 p.m for a period of two weeks.

2. On 19.03.2015, the respondent police filed status report in which they have stated that the first petitioner had returned some of the jewellery to the defacto complainant and he would return the balance jewels on 16.03.2015. Therefore, this Court extended the interim anticipatory bail till today. Today, the respondent police is present.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the parties have entered into a compromise among themselves in the local Jamath in view of which, the petition enquiry ha been closed.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate this petition is closed.
