ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "For extension of Time" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 12/03/2021 ,03/12/2021,02/08/2022 and 28/11/2022 and requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif, Nilakottai vide letter D.No.425/2023, dated 07/03/2023, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Sivasubramanian, Advocate for the petitioner and the Court made the following order: By an order dated 12.03.2021, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the O.S.No.100 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has now submitted a letter, in D.No.425 of 2023, dated 07.03.2023 with a request for further one month time to comply with the order dated 12.03.2021 of this Court made in C.R.P (MD)No.468 of 2021.
