2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), appearing for the respondent Police submitted that only 36 days, the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in this Criminal Original petition.

3.Considering the facts circumstances of the case and considering the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the 36 days is pre-matured, I am not inclined to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12047 of 2017 dated 12.09.2017. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
