This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation within stipulated time fixed by this Honourable Court and final report in Cr.No.361 of 2014 dated 20.06.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.361 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
