ORDER

The petitioner is said to have given an application before the Sub Collector, Dindigul/second respondent herein, seeking to rectify the mistake in Patta No.2245 and based on the application filed by the petitioner, the Sub Collector, Dindigul, by the proceedings dated 13.05.2017, called for report from the Tahsildar, Dindigul/third respondent herein. Thereafter, no order has been passed by the Sub Collector, Dindigul on the application filed by the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition has been filed. 2.Considering the fact that already enquiry has been initiated by the second respondent, the second respondent/Sub Collector, Dindigul is directed to complete enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

any of the interested parties.

3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
