ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation from the second respondent to some other investigating agency in connection with Crime No.90 of 2022, dated 12.04.2022 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.90 of 2022, against six persons and after enquiry, the respondent police has filed the final report against three persons, deleting the name of the other three persons, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur and further development will be informed to the Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that till now no notice has been served on the petitioner and he has no knowledge about the final report filed by the respondent Police. 2/4

4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to serve the notice on the petitioner, so that the petitioner can work out his remedy by appropriate proceedings. Further, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur, is directed to process the above final report and take the same on file and proceed with in accordance with law .

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
