..Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to transfer the investigation in crime No.411 of 2013 from the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the 4th respondent and consequently, direct the 4th respondent to conduct proper investigation in an expeditious manner and to file the final report within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in crime No.411 of 2013 from the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the 4th respondent and consequently, direct the 4th respondent to conduct proper investigation in an expeditious manner and to file the final report within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation is almost over and the respondents are yet to file charge sheet before the concerned Court.

3.Recording the same, since the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to file the charge sheet in crime No.411 of 2013 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
