ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of an enquiry on the basis of the false complaint given by the 2nd respondent and pass such further or orders the Hon`ble Court

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
