This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking amendment of the village name as 'Kaayankulam Village' instead of 'Kudanchadi Village' and the Taluk name of the third respondent as 'Sivagangai Taluk' instead of 'Manamadurai Taluk' in the short cause title of the writ petition as well as in the affidavit filed in support thereof in W.P.(MD) No.26088 of 2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there were mistakes in the cause title of the Writ Petition with regard to the names of the Village and Taluk, which were consequently reflected in the order dated 17.12.2025 passed in this Writ Petition and would therefore seek amendment of the same.
3. In view of the above, the amendment as sought by the petitioner is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition, affidavit and in the order dated 17.12.2025 and issue a fresh copy of the order.
