Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3960 of 2018, dated 26.03.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 29.04.2018 to till date.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
