ORDER

This Court in W.P(MD)No.8673 of 2015 by order dated 26.03.2019 directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2014.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings in 2195/Aa4/2019 dated 02.03.2020 and submitted that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

3.Recording the above communication and the submission of the learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
