This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to survey, measure, demarcate and fix four boundaries in the petitioner's property, comprised in Re-Survey No.301/1A, Old Patta No.961, New Patta No.1831 situated at Kallampatti Village, Ammankurichi, Ponnamaravathy Taluk, Ponnamaravathy Sub Registration District, Pudukkottai District. 2.According to the petitioner, he has purchased a agricultural land in Re-Survey No.301/1A, Old Patta No.961, New Patta No.1831 situated at Kallampatti Village, Ammankurichi, Ponnamaravathy Taluk, Ponnamaravathy Sub Registration District, Pudukkottai District, by means of a registered document dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

04.02.2011 from one Thiruchelvam. Thereafter, on 20.12.2017, the petitioner has filed an application before the respondents 2 and 3 to survey the above property and fix boundaries and he has also paid necessary fee for the same. But, so far no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner's application is pending for long time, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2017 and survey the land as per the revenue records, after issuing notice to the petitioner and rival claimants, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
