Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) are present.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police Submitted that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this court in Criminal Original petition from 06.01.2017 onwards and the petitioner is charged for the offence under section 302 IPC inclusively and investigation is over and the case is pending in S.C.No.340 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Tuticorin.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of eights weeks and thereafter, appear before the court on receipt of summons.
